BlackHill Property Management sends text messages to communicate with our tenants and vendors.
What we send
- Maintenance requests, scheduling, and status updates
- Rent reminders and account notices
- Lease and property-related notices
- Coordination with vendors about jobs, access, and scheduling
We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
Tenants agree to receive texts by providing their mobile number on their rental application or lease paperwork and checking the box or signing to consent to text messages. Vendors agree by providing their mobile number on our vendor form or contact sheet and consenting to texts. Consent is not a condition of renting or of working with us. You may also call or email us to opt in.
Consent wording: By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive text messages from BlackHill Property Management about my tenancy or vendor work, such as maintenance, rent, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
